Awaiting the entrance of Ryan Ames from his mission to Bulgaria, Sofia mission. Of all the pics I took there were none that really show him clearly and give us a face shot. Oh man, I put the wrong one up, so you can't even see it here. I'll try to add it.

Yeah I did it. No it isn't the weird lady big as life in the front, Ryan is behind her.

This was a long busy week, but a great one. In addition to the birth of Eden, James and Kelly had their first child's baptism on Saturday May 2.

Eden Penelope Walk born Monday, April 27, 2009. She weighed in at 7 pounds 11 ounces and was 19 inches long.
I spent three days at the house helping to get the kids off to school etc. James was able to bring Kelly and Eden home on Wednesday evening. Kelly's mom was able to stay with her Thurs and Fri.

I forgot I wanted to share this one with everyone. Emma was thinking she would just climb up this thing to get to the top, but things didn't go quite as planned.

So, last month we went to South Carolina to work and to bless baby Colton. I was also really looking forward to some sunshine and some warmth, neither of which did I get much of. It was sunny a couple of days, but mostly it was windy, rainy, and cold. The day we got to go to the zoo was soooooo cold. I thought cold would be good to see the animals in, but many of them were cold too I guess. They have some cool animals at their zoo.
Charlotte very obsessed with her grandpa. I guess she likes both of her grandpas better that her grandmas. Go figure. Anyway, even if we didn't get much sun, it was a great time being with the kids.

One of the reasons we went to South Carolina was to work. We were gone for so long because we thought we were going to have another job while we were there, but the other people changed their minds. From old to new.

Little helper Charlee. We kept her out of the way for most of the day, but she really wanted to be in the middle of the action. She loved being with Grandpa.

Our last night together

Ok, so i am going to skip to last Saturday for a minute. We were at Haley's Baptism and Kelly was there with the baby. I took her and came back to where the rest of the family was. Boogie starts chattering away and asking questions.

Grandma, did that baby come out of your tummy?
No
then whose?
Kelly's.
Oh.
Grandpa,
yes
do you have a baby in your tummy?
Yep.

So, alot of things have been going on since I last posted. I just downloaded all of my pictures. Wow, I sure had a lot of them. It is going to be hard to pick and choose which to post. I took so many when we were in SC. I couldn't believe it. Anyway, now I have them ready for posting.
I will try to go in order somewhat.
The gazebo sat in a pile for quite some time as we were gone and it was raining and raining and raining somemore. But we finally got it cleaned up. Actually the first part was cleaned up by the neighbor. We gave him the wood to burn if he wanted it, so he took all that he could for that.
I just need to figure out what to do with the two rose bushes I have left and then we will have an empty field.
We, well, I, also took out the rails between the posts on the front porch. We want to wrap them to match the posts in the back. I want to make a more current look for the outside of the house.
